Heisenberg Disintegrator

The Heisenberg Disintegrator is a measurement device. Its function is vaguely similar to that of a radar gun: you point it at something, and it measures that object's velocity. But it doesn't just do this for large-scale objects like people and cars. It measures the component subatomic particles that make up an object. And it measures them very precisely.

It is traditionally mounted on spaceships and giant robots and used as a really cool weapon.
